Simple and classic bread knife with a long serrated blade that is ground to be held in the right hand. The knife is made in Japan and consists of CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, which is a very hard and durable material with an excellent sharpness that lasts a long time. The handle is also made of stainless steel but has a hollow filled with sand to get the knife perfectly balanced.
The knife should not be washed in a dishwasher. It is recommended to wash by hand with warm water and ordinary detergent and then wipe them with a dry towel.
