Skrællekniv 8 cm

A small but classic peeler knife from Global's GSF series that is forged, giving it a little extra weight and longer durability. It can be easily used instead of the potato peeler and you get fine and thin slices, whether you are going to peel, chop or slice your vegetables.

The knife is made in Japan and consists of CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, tempered and stamped, which is a very hard and durable material with an excellent sharpness that lasts a long time.

The knife should not be washed in a dishwasher. It is recommended to wash by hand with warm water and ordinary detergent and wipe clean with a dry towel.
